The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, opening and closing ceremony, access to the exhibit hall, exhibit opening reception, the final program and abstract book, certificate of attendance and CME credits.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds, less a 25% cancellation fee, will be issued to delegates unable to attend, provided a written notice of cancellation is received by the ISIVF Secretariat on or before August 31, 2007. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.
Registrants from Low Income Countries benefit from a 30% discount on registration fee to the Conference. This discount does not apply to pre-congress courses, ISIVF membership, Accompanying Persons registration, or tours.
