Cancellation Policy

Refunds, less a 25% cancellation fee, will be issued to delegates unable to attend, provided a written notice of cancellation is received by the ISIVF Secretariat on or before August 31, 2007. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.

Visa


For information about obtaining a visa, visit The Citizenship & Immigration Canada's Website. Should you require a letter of invitation for visa purposes, please complete the Invitation Letter Form to create your letter.


Airport Transportation


Shuttle: L'Aérobus is the shuttle service from Montréal - Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport to the Montréal Central Bus Station (Berri Terminal).
A complimentary shuttle service is also available between the Montréal Central Bus Station (Berri Terminal) and major downtown hotels.
Taxi: Taxi fare from the airport to downtown Montreal is CAD $35. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Some drivers accept American funds. However, provincial rules specify that clients must pay in Canadian dollars.


Taxes

All purchases are subject to following cumulative taxes: the federal Goods and Services Tax (GST or TPS in French) of 7% and the Quebec Sales Tax (QST or TVQ in French). A non-refundable 3% accommodation tax is also in effect in Montreal. Non-resident visitors can apply for a GST rebate on most goods purchased for use outside Canada as well as on some short-term accommodations. GST rebate application forms are available in most hotels.
